The main task of the Project Coordinator (PC) is to oversee the projects of the home. The PC must collect the needed information to upload projects on the NPHI intranet, follow the collection of funds in close collaboration with all the NPH fundraising offices, track the development of each project, and finally report to the corresponding fundraising office(s) when each project is completed.
The PC is responsible for developing and posting projects on both the NPHI intranet and the international website. The PC makes sure that all current project information is completely up-to-date, works in collaboration with department coordinators to develop projects, adds new projects, updates existing information, and archives completed or expired projects.
The Project Coordinator provides all the information that is needed for the fundraising offices in Europe/USA/Canada. The PC is in contact with the National Director and the directors of the departments, planning and overseeing the projects. The PC also coordinates with the project owners/people in charge of the projects who will help obtain estimates or bids and assist with the detailed planning of the projects.
The PC needs the necessary skills to navigate and operate the project section of the NPHI intranet and use its diverse systems. Basic computer skills and solid written English language and local language speaking skills are necessary to fulfill the responsibilities. Experience in project management and or accounting would be a great advantage.
